This Conference, sponsored by the Portuguese Presidency, will gather experts from the areas of Gender Equality, Gender Violence and Human Trafficking, who will debate and share good practices among Member States, in order to promote the development of legislation and policies, pursuant to European and international legislation and orientations, such as “EU’s Action Plan on good practices in the fight and prevention of human trafficking”, the “Warsaw Convention” – Council of Europe, among others.
One of its objectives is also the development of help networks among different entities and agents who work in the prevention and fight of human trafficking, on a national and European level.
