Accreditation:
Media representatives who are accredited for the 9th EuroMed Ministerial Meeting of Ministers of Foreign Affairs have free access to the Media Centre, within the indicated scheduled opening hours.
Access to other areas of the Meeting Centre is restricted and media representatives will have to be escorted to get into these areas.
The accreditation card is personal and non transferable and must be used visibly at all times, in all the areas where the Meeting is taking place.
Loss of this card must be immediately reported to the Information Desk or the Accreditation Centre.

The Media Centre is located in the Pavilhão Atlântico - Meeting Centre of the Portuguese Presidency

Equipment
Media representatives may use individual workstations equipped with phone, ISDN lines and Internet access. The Media Centre also has a few computers.
Printers, faxes and photocopying machines for shared use are also available.
Radio and television networks
The area reserved for radio and television networks is equipped with work booths managed by RTP - Host Broadcaster.
Host Broadcaster
Rádio e Televisão de Portugal will give technical support to those radio and television stations that need it.
Stations that need this service must address their requests to these organisations.

Media representatives may access photos of the Meeting provided by the News Agency Lusa/Host Photographer, exclusively for editorial purposes, at the website of the Portuguese Presidency www.eu2007.pt
Closed Circuit Television (CCTV):
The Closed Circuit Television system, available in all areas of the Media Centre, broadcasts the main events, transportation and briefing schedules and other useful information.
Press Conferences and Briefings:
Press conferences and briefings organised upon Delegations' request will have the support of the Organisation.
Briefings announcements will be made by the Organisation / Media through the closed circuit television (CCTV).
Access to the Briefing and the Presidency’s Press Conference rooms is free for all the accredited Media representatives.
Cafeteria
A cafeteria and light meal service is available, free of charge, during the Media Centre's opening hours.
First Aid
There will be a first aid station at the conference venue and a first aid medical team will be on permanent duty for any emergency.
Transport
There will be a shuttle service between the hotels included in the list recommended by the Organisation and the Media Centre.
Car park
Media representatives have access to a car park close to the Conference venue - Parque Gare do Oriente - if they are bringing their own car.
