Venue:
The EU-Africa Summit will be held at Feira Internacional de Lisboa, located at Parque das Nações, in the oriental side of Lisbon.

Accreditation:
Media representatives who wish to have access to the press centre must apply previously for accreditation through this site.
The yellow accreditation card has to be picked up at the accreditation centre by the entitled person, against the presentation of an identity document and a press card.

Transport:
A transport service will be available between the airport and the media centre (FIL).
The timetable will be communicated in due time.
Car parking
Media representatives using their own car have car parking facilities - Parque da Gare do Oriente - located 500 meters from the Media Centre.
A car parking for technical vehicles is located next to the Media Centre.
Due to space limitations, access to car parks will be given after the application and confirmation of available spaces.

Limitations to road circulation
On 8 and 9 December, circulation of accredited vehicles within the security perimeter, as well as access to the technical vehicle parking will be forbidden during the following times:

- between 08h15 and 09h45
- between 12h00 and 13h30
Media centre:
The media centre is located in Pavilion 4 at Feira Internacional de Lisboa (FIL), in Parque das Nações.
1200 workstations are available, with internet connection, telephones, printers, faxes and photocopiers.
Some workstations are also equipped with ISDN/RDIS lines, and some PCs are also available.

Radios and televisions:
Radio and television booths are equipped with pool access, internet access, a telephone and a television set.
Radio booths also have ISDN/RDIS lines.
Television and Radio / Host Broadcaster services
RTP (Rádio e Televisão de Portugal) will work as host broadcaster, offering its services in cooperation with EBU/UER, with pool signal distribution and technical support.
Requests for TV and radio booths, stand-up positions or satellite transmission must be made to UER or RTP.

Press conferences:
Briefing announcements will be made by the Organisation / Media through the closed circuit television (CCTV), upon request of delegations.
Access to briefing and the presidency's press conference rooms is free for all accredited media representatives.
The press conference of the presidency will be held at the conference room of the presidency, with Arabic, French, English and Portuguese interpretation.
The press conferences of the presidency may be followed live in audio and video (Portuguese and English) through the closed circuit television - CCTV and this page.
In FIL's Pavilion 3, 30 press conference rooms are available.
Interviews:
Requests for interviews must be made directly to the respective Liaison Officer (pdf format)
For security reasons, the area where interviews are to be held is located at the media centre or surrounding area (yellow zone).
Closed circuit television (CCTV)
The closed circuit television system, available in all areas of the media centre, broadcasts the main events, transport and briefing schedules and other useful information.
